Most likely this is from your mailbox on your ISP's server. This would be
the mailbox Entourage downloads messages from. If you are using POP to
retrieve messages and not leaving messages on the server, then this would be
a message you had not yet seen. If you are using POP and leaving messages on
the server, then it could be a message you've already seen but it would not
affect the copy already in Entourage. If you are using IMAP, then it could
be any message and since IMAP keeps things synched with the server, your
local copy of a message you had already seen would go away as well.

To determine where this message is originating would require us to see the
full headers of the message.
