In Entourage 2004, whenever I try to print either a Task List or Calendar, the print dialog box comes up but I cannot go past that point. I am unable to change the print configuration/settings. Pressing the print button does nothing. None of the drop down menus work. Essentially both the print dialog and Entourage freeze. The only way I can get out of it is to force quit Entourage. I have no difficulty printing e-mails. It¹s just Task Lists and Calendars. This is 100% reproducible.
I have rebuilt the Entourage database, I have Reset the Printing System from the Printer Setup Utility, and I have restarted the computer and run Applejack to try to repair permissions or anything else that might be broken. Nothing has helped. A Google search turned up lots of people who have had similar problems in the past, but I saw no solutions that helped me. Ideas?
