I don't know if this will help or not, but it might be a good idea to update Entourage to the latest v.11.3.3. There have been a couple of updates between 11.2.5 and 11.3.3 but the 11.3.3 update includes those and will bring you up to the current. You can do this from the Help menu>check for updates or from Microsoft's mac downloads site.
