Hi People
My good friend just called - in tears. She's on a G5 dual 2GHz, OS X
10.4.8, and Entourage 10.1.6)5 days ago she received and email
apparently written in chinese or something like that. Since then all
hell has been loose. Entourage crashed frequently. She can stille
receive mails, and she can send, but she never knows when Entourage
goes down. She can be 25 lines down in an email, and suddenly -
kapow. Entourage crashes and she can start all over.
She has tried to delete the mail, that she thinks is the reason - the
one with the strange asiatic signs. But she can't. The second she
clicks on the mail to delete it, Entourage crashes.
I have suggested she tried a rebuild (option held down while starting
Entourage) but bothe the simple and the advanced rebuild fails.
So now I don't know how to help her.
Any suggestions?
