Hi there, I've learned how to turn on the request for return receipts in Entourage... Is there a way to set Entourage to deny requests for return receipts?
(I've got a client who, if she sees that I read her email at midnight, wonders why her corrections aren't in her mailbox by 8 a.m., for example... she must be requesting return receipts, and I'd like to disable that feature/deny fulfilling that request!) I've experimented enough to figure out that Apple Mail doesn't honor the request. I suppose I could set up a forward to send her mail over to Mail and read it there, but I'd rather simply deny the request, and continue managing my client mail in Entourage, if that's possible.
