I have the same issue. In my Exhange 2003 OWA webmail client, under options, it is set to not send responses to requests for read receipts. However, Entourage sends one anyways, every time, without telling me. This has bee a major frustration of mine with Entourage (along with not being able to drag an e-mail item on the the calendar), and I would love a resolution if anyone has found a fix.
