Hi James,
I think the D30 has a (non-removable) IR blocking filter.
If you are referring to IR-pass filters for IR film, several are

In the digital realm, Near-IR imaging was made (in)famous by the
Sony camcorder see-through-clothing effect:

While there are reports of people hacking the hot mirror filter
