Alternatively, you can look at the Manfrotto 190NAT (Bogen 3205G).  I have 
it with the ballhead mentioned above.  The NAT version is green with 
retractable spiked feet, legwarmers and flick-lock legs.  It comes with a 
strap.  The spiked feet, legwarmers, flick-lock legs and the included strap 
made me choose that one over the 190B.

As Artur says, you will have to bow a little if you don't raise the center 
column.
