  I don't know. It's not a very comprehensive book - more like a thick 
8.5x11 brochure - and it was given to me last year by Lens & Shutter, 
a camera dealer here in Vancouver. They had a bunch as promo items.

  I don't consider it to be an immensely valuable educational resource.
