I don't know if this will be of much help, but I got my copy, free, at a local
camera shop. It was in with the other Canon literature--the EOS 3 and 1v
Technical Overviews and stuff like that. So if you have a good Canon dealer
nearby, perhaps they have one or can get it for you. The publication number is
CT2-1705-001.
