EOS Grey market from Adorama and B&H.

I'm thinking of getting either the 20mm f/2.8 or the 20-35 f/3.5-4.5 (still 
can't decide) and would like to benefit from the lower cost of Grey Market.

Question: Let's say I have a problem with the lens during the warranty 
period, and I send it back to Adorama or B&H (depending which I will get it 
from) what sort of warranty service quality should I expect compared with 
Canon?

Question: Would Canon service such a lens on warranty?
