If you read what you wrote you will see that you don't think that
equipment beats experience.  So why try a tool that you don't know at
something as important as a wedding?  Stick with the lenses you know. 
I'd go with the 28-135 and the 50.  If you have the money and time, get
a bigger flash.  And see if a friend has a 50E that you can borrow, just
in case.

There, that's my two cents.
