Ok, let me try another tack here. I just called a camera store to try
and clear this up, and I'm *still* confused! <g>. What I was told
was that I can use the OA-2 hot shoe adapter to connect to a
distributor and multiple Speedlites, and maintain TTL (E-TTL?) so
long as I use Canon connector cables. The Adapter 3 will control up
to 4 flashes, but the salesman seemed to think this was if you
*weren't* using Canon cords. I couldn't get any further without
seeming impolite, but that just sounds strange to me, as nothing of
the sort is mentioned in the Canon literature I've seen so far. But
if that is the case, then so be it. The Adapter 3 is twice the price
of the OA-2. I'm hoping someone can clear this up, or point me to a
source that can.
Thanks.
Ken
