EOS I got the Eos 3

Hi Folks
Just got my new Eos 3 (on the used market): great touch, sounds like a
machine gun.
I'm a little disappointed for ECF but I have to study it better.
Together with it I got a BP-E1 battery pack: does somebody know what kind of
AA batteries it is possible to use (Ni-Cad, Lithium, alkaline)?
