Hi FCC,
The captions on pages 10 and 14 of the English Manual read:
"Command Dial lock release button"
and the wording on Page 14 states:
"The dial is locked when it is set to <OFF>. To release the
lock, hold down the Command Dial lock release button and
turn the dial."
So that is what I do. I agree that the wording on pages
9 and 28 are strange. (Was Philbert Ono involved in this
translation by any chance?)
Does anyone have an Elan IIe? Is the dial locking mechanism
similar? Has anyone had it break, like the EOS A2/5?
