The dealer is supposed to send you a card. However, I just got a Elan 7 from
B&H and they forgot to send the card so I called 1-800-OK-Canon and they are
sending me card. They told me you could download the card from the site but I
couldn't find it. This link lists the rebates:
http://www.usa.canon.com/rebates/camerapromo/index.html but I didn't see any
place to download the actual form.
