I've got a EOS-3 with the PB-E2 motor drive. I do mount it on the tripod
collar, but head movements can't be tightened enough to stop the head from
slowly flopping over with the combined weight of the EOS-3, drive, and 3
lb. lens.

The Arca-Swiss B1 does seem to be very popular, but I hear that it has a
tendency to jamb.
