I tried an Arca-Swiss, and eventually went for a Wimberley. This is the
ultimate. Once you have it set up, then it is perfectley balanced, so there
is no need to tighten anything. Just point and shoot, no jamming. Simple. I
use it with a 500mm/F4, and is a dream to use. It costs a bit more than the
Arca-Swiss, but well worth the difference. Considereing the price of bodies
and (L) lenses, it is not much.
