I have recently upgraded my equipment from a 16 year old T-50 to an �lan 7e and when I compose my shots I try to fill the frame of the viewfinder. I don't have a quality lab nearby so i have used thus far the local 1 hour guys. When my pictures come back the negatives are framed nicely but the prints have parts of the images chopped off. Am I framing to tight in the viewfinder or is the lab not giving me a quality job? I get 4x6 prints which i have read is the same size ratio as 35 mm frames so I would think the prints should be framed in a similar fashion the the neg. I'm thinking I need to find a pro lab even if it's a bit of a drive.
