I am surprised that you would want a extr 10mm at the long end then 4mm at the short end. The 4mm at the wide end is much more pronounced effect then you will get at the 10mm, don't you think? Also you can always crop tighter and enlarge but can't put detail that is not there that youw ould get with a wider angle.
