Hi, If, instead of our worrying about wide-angle converters, someone came up with a 10 or 11mm rectilinear wide angle lens or a 10-17mm zoom, I guess we'd all stop worrying about converters, and get that for our real wide-angle requirements. It needn't cover full frame 35mm but it would have to be in an EF fitting though! I wonder if Sigma are working on something for the wide end of their SD9 range. (I'm not interested in the fisheye, central crop and correct distortion approach.)
