We all know that the slowest recommended hand-held speed for a lens is the reciprocal of the focal length, but is this only for 35mm or does it hold true for larger format, and more importantly for smaller such as a digital sensor?
If I handhold a 200mm lens, then I shoot at say 1/250th of a second. If I use the same lens on a digital camera with a 1.6x magnification, due to a small sensor, should I use the same or a higher speed, based on a 35 mm equivalent of 320mm focal length. I haven't gone digital yet, but am just curious.
