I use the direct connect camera to TV.
The ImageTank G2 has no video out nor preview screen. However, that's
the reason it's batteries last a long time.

I'd hate to test them because when they run out, the hard drive stops
spinning and you can't tell if your file were all saved. Or course
I'll always top up the battery in it when I have a chance after having
used it more than a few times. I'm testing it by using it to upload
everything even at home for the next while, but it takes a long time
to drain it down. I hope to have an accurate number of uploads to
guide me dependable without charging and apply a safety factor and
never run out of juice. There are also external extra battery packs
you can get to run it longer and it plugs into any cigarette lighter.
