 Hi,

I run a D60 and will be buying an EF 70-200 2.8 soon to
 replace my Smegma
 70-200 2.8. I use this zoom mainly for activity / outdoor /
 sport / off
the tripod stuff. My question is this: do I need IS ? I don't
 have it on
the Sigma, why should I have it on the Canon?

 Your input appreciated.

 Cheers,
 Cotty

Then why buy the Canon 70-200mm F2.8L since there is no difference in
the lens' resolving power? I have tested both side by side so this is
not simply an opinion? The only noticeable difference is the Canon is
beige and has a slightly faster (very slightly) AF.
