Good grief no. Amazing the questions we get sometimes. Canon is far superior to Stigma. Now, as to the difference between a prime and a zoom, this has been covered everywhere many times. Of course the zoom will be inferior. But the prime doesn't zoom. You decide what's more important to you. How severe a difference in quality - it's very likely most people will never see the difference. It's also that the difference will not matter to most people. I personally would go for the zoom. Smaller and lighter for one thing. More flexible for another. -- Jim Davis Nature Photography http://jimdavis.oberro.com Replies in plain text only please! * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
