Sorry, should have stated '1' in general, but in this second-hand 
DSLR-context it only applies to the 1n of course (and the older 1 
obviously not being affected either), while excluding 1v/1d).

However, I would still like to hear whether the overall-
incompatibility of Sigma lenses with lower-grade EOS bodies is equal 
to that of higher-grade EOS bodies like 1v/1d....or only certain 
Sigma lenses....
Of course, it's obvious we hear much more incompatibility stories in 
the context of lower-grade bodies, but still....never seen any Sigma 
sample listed....

Willem (I knew I should have kept my home-converted MF Sigma 
8mm/f4.0, with its all-mechanical mount....anyone still having one 
laying around, with PK/CY/OM-mount?....;)) Jan
