Tom,

That makes sense. Did you try to update the firmware on the Sigma
lenses? If you did have you had any success? How old were these lenses?
>From what I have heard on this list Sigma has very good customer
support. I am just wondering how far back they are willing to do
free/inexpensive updates. Also what is your experience with Tokina
lenses regarding firmware upgrades?
