The EOS 10D has a "Communication" option in the menu for "Normal" or "PTP". In both modes, it's possible to grab the files directly off of the camera using Explorer. The D60 also appears as a mass storage device, but doesn't have a Normal/PTP switch (which I believe is the same for the D30). All said, I strongly agree that a firewire or USB2 reader is the way to go, your batteries and time constraints will thank you. * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
