No, I did not say that, so please don't misquote me.  I am saying that by
your own admission, a lot of other people are happy with Sigma.  So claiming
you are setting "facts straight" by insisting that *all* of their products
and service are terrible is NOT setting the record straight.  Feel free to
tell people about your bad experience, but just because you are angry and
unhappy, don't insist on saying that it is the rule.
