Hi Guys,

I probably didn't make my meanings clear :)

I'm not asking if I should get a backup
body - I was interested to find out if any
others who previously used 2 film bodies "as
a matter of course" (like I did) has found
that digital has removed most of the reasons
for carrying 2 bodies?

I'd be interested in opinions or experiences.

My comments about buying a cheap backup apply
to the only situation I can think of that
*I* would need it for. On holidays... and
even then only in case of breakdown / theft
etc. For almost the last 2 years I've managed
to get by with just one body quite happily.

Now that's something that digital has done
for me that I never realised it would!

If I upgrade from the 10D to another digital
body in the future, I really don't know if
I'd keep the 10D as a backup or not...

Cheers
Gary
