How would you shoot in a church or museum where neither tripods nor flash are permitted or appropriate? Or in a dim gym, without flashing in an athlete's face? I've always used my 50mm f1.4 or 100mm f2, but if there's something I've missed I'm all ears (or eyes, as it were...)...
