I second the Stealth AW.  It looks like an ordinary backpack and I've
never had a hassle, even when I pack it to the gills.  I've carried the
equivalent of your kit, plus a laptop, 20D & 17-85, bottle of water,
portable Hard Drive, & other miscellany.  Carefully scrunched, that'll
even fit under the seat if you can't get overhead space.

If you don't need the extra space, Tamron's Velocity 9 Sling bag is
smaller and also a great bag to use in the field.  It'd handle your kit
and a few little odds and ends, but not a lot more.
