I echo what Peter K is saying. Don't risk off loading shots to 
a laptop, get a second card. The 75-300 with crop factor
can possibly get some great shots, but few, and the moment
you need the wider angle you will have to change. I would bring
the 75-300 but most shots will be with the wider lens. When
the action begins, you can't afford to waste a minute, for sure.
Peter's remarks are on the mark. Don't regard my previous
posts to be discouraging.

When using flash, watch out for bright objects next to the
subject, white beams, white or glass objects. Once you
see your subject, just take a glance around the frame at what
does not look so good. Sometimes a simple shift left, right,
can move the flower coming out of the head. Or aiming the
camera down just a bit.
