On 22/5/07, Cotty, discombobulated, unleashed: >>Yah, the PowerBook goes into the Peli no problem if I remove the lid >>foam and stash it in checked baggage for the flight.
> That is confusing. I mean that the lid foam goes in the checked baggage. > The Peli is carry-on. I understood what you meant, what was it that you didn't understand what you meant? :-) Seriously I am very close in pulling the trigger on this one, I saw an out of town friend using one, he got it really cheap, US$50, used, after an Apple convention when someone decided they'd rather sell the case than carrying it back with them, but that is without foam or the dividers. I roughly laid out my gear within the dimensions of the 1510, which I now store in a LowePro Magnum soft bag, they all should fit, but I don't like the very inflexible dividers that only allow basically two length wise compartments which don't suit my gear very well. Has any owners of this (or similar) case tried buying a second divider kit to custom build something completely different? Is this feasible with the divider kit sold separately?
