AIs are required yearly in March to supply the FAA with a list of all Annuals, 337s they have performed in the previous year as a condition of IA renewal. San Antonio FSDO requires date, owner's name, address, n-number, make, model, serial number, TT airframe, engine make, model, serial number, TT, and SMOH and if it passed or failed on annuals. for every action performed. I don't know what they do with this info.
