At least one IA reported that he is required to send a
list, annually, to his FSDO reporting all the Annual Inspections he's
performed. We don't know if other FSDOs require this.
You can order all the paperwork the FAA has on your
aircraft right from your computer.
Go to: http://registry.faa.gov/aircraft.asp
and checkout
Online Request for Aircraft Records
Online Payment for Aircraft Records
They can send you the records on CD or paper. It's
$6.25 per CD which contains everything but may cost more for paper since they
charge a nickel a page.
