Do you Floridians have to pay tax on EVERYTHING you purchase from out of state?Most states only charge you if you have NOT previously paid tax on it. Or if the tax paid elsewhere is lower than the state that it's being brought in to.For example if I bring in an item that was taxed at 7 % into a state where the sales/use tax is 9% then I'd pay the 2% based on fair market value.Again that doesn't cover ALL states.Cheers:PaulN1431A
