Yes, Sport Pilots, as all other pilots, have flight review requirements.
I believe that the FAA has dropped the "bi-annual" and mostly refers to
it as a flight review, but the requirement still exists. For Sport
Pilots, the review would cover only those areas required for Sport Pilot
certification.
