Jim, I think they need to re-write something before wings has the same standing for Sport. I don't think it has been done yet. Sorry. This is not solid, firm knowledge. I was reading e-mails while I listened to the guy talking about this issue on Ultraflight Radio last Tuesday morning. http://ultraflightradio.com I can't remember if it was Frederick Scheffel or Chris Dancy who was talking about this issue this week. If your medical is in good standing and you are a Rec or PP, then that counts. If you have stepped down to Sport, you should check on it before counting on it. I think they said they will soon get the whatever rewritten so it'll apply equally to Sport. In short, I *think* it doesn't yet apply to Sport.
