Would you be so kind as to leave some comments on Airnav for us.

We really have a great airport, and need the reviews... THANKS.

A little "rah, rah" note for Garmin.

I recently lost the big suction cup off my GPS-196 antenna.

SO..I asked Garmin if I could buy a replacement.

In response, they simply sent me a WHOLE NEW MOUNT and CHARGED ME NOT
ONE CENT.not even a fee for shipping.

I received it this morning. Pretty decent customer service, in my
humble opinion.

As a satisfied customer, I pass this along to other potential customers.

It worked very well, Don. Like Bob Hope sang: "Thanks for the

Now, to return the favor. I'm bucking the trend. Most pictures were of
the planes. But I believe people are important, like our hosts, the
Hardins. I am still working on my rendition of the EOC meeting last
weekend, but attached is a picture I will use.

Don, Percy,

I enjoyed all the photos. If you or anyone else has
one of Terrell from the air, AirNav is good about
posting your picture on their website. They even
posted a photo I sent them of my home airport

Thanks for the Terrell pix!

Thank you for your e-mail on Ercoupe parking.

We finalized our parking layout this weekend and have a reserved area for Ercoupes an area similar to previous years.

Our layout is a little different in that the new taxiway has added a narrow strip between the homebuilt thru RV area on the north west side and where you parked before on the south east side. Let the Ramp Tower know you are part of the Ercuope group and the scooters will give you an escort. We will also send any stray Ercoupes your way.

We always have a lot of unknowns as to how many aircraft will arrive with weather and gas prices being variables and will surely be able to hold the area pretty open thru Thursday night.

Best wishes for good weather and a safe flight, see you at Arlington 2006.

This is the one that is north of Seattle, Washington. I think they
issue an Arlington to every state! I saw signs to such on my way to and
from Terrell, Texas.

If you find something offensive or wildly off-topic (like this) then you should direct your criticisms to the person involved only. Leave the rest of the people on the list out of your personal rant. I believe that this would solve the problem to everyones benefit. I kind of like reading the complaints and responses but I am in the minority. Wonderful photos, yes, people first and planes a close second. Being so
darn far from all the action IN THE US, and being far across YOUR N Border,
photos are always worth much more than a thousand words. In a quiet way, it
does allow the far away folks to at least feel part of what is going on.
Keep up all the pic taking and get them always on the Web . This way we here
