It was working quite well with out a tower. Now the tower has very weird frequencies that some radios can't dial up and they have no radar. It is operated between 6 am and 6 pm so after 6 pm it is a free for all and nobody knows whether to use the old unicom frequency or the new tower frequency. it is an accident waiting to happen.
