I had a "budding professional aviator" fly my plane from Aurora, Oregon,
to
Chesterfield, Virginia. I gave him $250 and a one-way plane ticket.
An option to consider is two one-way tickets with aforesaid aviator. He
provides the ticket to ride, you learn in your new birdie!

This is certainly a pickle. I would hire someone to fly it to you, then
the
pressures would be taken off. before you nay-say it, take a pencil to
paper
and look at the costs. You can find a budding professional aviator that
would love to have another 15 hours of any flying in his log book. Hate
to
say this but they'll probably do it for expense money.
