$500 for an annual is pretty good. $500 for some schmuck to look at the plane, tell you it's okay then change his mind when you mention the prop isn't certified for the a/c is criminal. The best prebuy is an annual, but remember there are too many schmucks out there. Get an Ercoupe guy to do it. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ronald Black" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Ercoupe Technical Discussion (moderated)" <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, May 17, 2005 11:20 PM Subject: [COUPERS-TECH] RE: Digest list: Ercoupe Technical Discussion (moderated) > ----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- > > > About the comment that $500.00 is a lot of price for an Ercoupe Prebuy > inspection - don't see how this could be too much - a good Prebuy would > very nearly be the same process as an Annual, and an Ercoupe has a lot more > time in it to do an Annual than many Cherokees, C-172's and the like.
