A few drops of  the brake fluid under the floor boards are normal.
The seals in the master cylinder are simple O-rings. They leak a little,
especially combined with 60 year old hardware.

Skyport sells the rebuilt kit I believe and one can replace all O-rings with
that. Cures the leaking for a while.

Keep the reservoir filled and watch it until it becomes a mess instead of a
few drops. Then rebuild.
