of course, the red hydraulic fluid would be there if you "Wheelbarrowed" a landing or smacked the nose down a little hard, or even shortly after refilling.

Noticed a couple drops of brake fluid in the belly of the plane.
Looks like it's coming from inside the plane.
Plane is braking fine. (I have Clevelands)
What are the most common sources of leaks there?
Should I suspect the master cylinder?
Replace or repair?

One common source is leakage around the shaft of the master cylinder. It's
caused by wear of the master cylinder cover.  Sometimes it can be cured by
replacing the o-ring, but if the cover is too worn the new o-ring will not
seal either.  We have a replacement master cylinder if it comes to that.

Is it easy to access?

Of course not!
