Guys, I can agree that having an annual inspection done instead of a pre-purchase inspection is a good idea, but . . .
How do you do that on another field, far from home and possibly far from your AI's shop? It's not advisable to use the seller's shop or any on the seller's field since they might not be inclined to cross the seller's AI. Ed
