I bought my 415C (rag wings) 3 years ago and the weight and balance showed an empty weight of 836 pounds. We weighted it, and found the real empty weight was 893!! Perhaps actual weighting the plane is a good step to add to the pre buy inspection, when buying a Coupe with a suspiciously low stated empty weight. I am not saying any particular seller may be trying to deceive, just that the W&B may have not been updated for the longest time. Eliacim
