I have my shut off behind and under the panel and there is no way I could shut 
it off with a kneejerk .

I sent Kim a photo of my fuel shutoff, it is on the panel for my plane. His was 
one of those up under the panel types, so I am unable to replicate a kneejerk 
accidental shutoff.
