Hi Donald....

Many thanks to you and others for responding.

I have a much better idea now of how to do this.

The only concern I have is the area between the window ledge and the bottom of
the seat as I wont be removing the seatback assy and the side panels. But here
too many have offered good advice.

I think I will take the welts to work and put an extra stong over stitch into
the welt with nylon thread so it might last longer as the ones I have in now,
the tread seems to have worn through.

Next is to try to find .060 plexiglass for the windows.

I was thinking of going back to the original 3 piece glazing but making the
middle one a sun shade using aluminum. Any thoughts on how thick this could be.

Many Thanks to All.

Cheers

BobP
