John,

I tried to open the dxf file with Volo View Express release 1.13 and was only able
to see 3 rectangular boxes. I went to:

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/index/0,,837403-123112,00.html

and downloaded release 2.01 and it works fine.

Volo View Express is a free Autodesk / AutoCAD viewer. It allows you to view
drawings in dwg, dxf, dwf formats. It also allows you to redline and add comments to

the drawing. It does not let you change the drawing.

Also concerning the HTML / htm file if you click on your link to view the drawing
then right click and select Save Picture as then save the drawing as a jpg file
you can view and zoom with the standard windows photo viewers. The viewer's zoom in
Win 98 is acceptable; it is much better in Win XP.

Reference:

Volo View Express allows you to open, view, do lightweight markup, and print
AutoCAD drawings, including DWG, DXF, and DWF (ePlot and eView) files. With the
downloadable Autodesk Inventor plug-in, you can now also view and print Autodesk
Inventor part, assembly, and drawing files, including IPT, IAM, and IDW formats.

TurboCAD V8 fully supports AutoCAD 2000/2000i DWG/DFX and Microstation file
formats and offers support for over 20 other popular files formats including 3DS.
